I’m doing a lot of freelances nowadays, this is one of my entries for a logo contest I’m in, but I do know it’s not gonna win, customer changed his ideas a bit and it’s not what he’s really after so… I thought it’d be good to post here. (“mude” is a webdesign company, far as I know)

It’s not finished as it was a scratch idea anyway…

This was an illustration for my friends at www.shinobi-news.com.ar, really enjoyed making this one, and it was the last i did, and it’s been 2 years since then U___U. I have to stop making new blogs and showcasing the same old stuff. Man…

And well, that’s ironman, the same long timer ironman. It’s totally the last time i post these! haha

Btw, this was SAI Tool + Photoshop for the colors, all in a small 4×5 inches wacom. Pain in the ass.

When thinking about a good palette for this theme, i grabbed my color theory, my color triads, my complementary colors, analogics, everything, AND FORGOT ABOUT ALL OF THEM! and i’ve just gone with what looked good at the moment

When i was looking for some color reference for inspiration, i found this; what an amazing ad! I don’t really know if this is an advertisment from Mercedes that’s actually gone public or nothing, it just called my attention, apart from the awesome concept behind it, just take a quick read at what you see under “Left” and “Right” in the ad, definately. Go do.

Already did? ok, now check these out if you’re in the search of palletes, palettes are as important as shapes, at least in illustration, one good set of colors can save almost any piece of art from the disgrace of just passing unnoticed.

After ages without updates or presence in any community, i think i finally did it, i’ve got a blog, thanks to my friend Nick Sharp who’s been so kind to lend me some internets space!

Content? well, you can see the categories, i guess this will be like the other blogs i tried to mantain, and the other day i was thinking i should come up sometime soon with a name for the stuff i do, that’s mostly illustration (been a while since the last time…), music, and, stuff, mostly. I guess it’s all about an unstoppable pursuit of beauty in things.

I haven’t taken the time to completely and absolutely debug this theme i made, i just wanted some quick theme thing, with a dark bg, we’ve got enough eye killer sites already…, so if you happen to find any weird looking stuff, please let me know, i’ll add some more features with time, it was intended to have an audio player up there down the navbar, but the jquery solutions are… not bad but not actually what i’m after right now, so any suggestions on that area will be very appreciated too!
